The current scenario of Education reflects a picture that warrants
Foundation's involvement for making up quantitative and qualitative
deficiencies & dissemination of knowledge specially for female,
whose literacy and participation rate being dismal, needs to be
increased being presently only 3% for females and 29.5% for males.
